When you contact me, I use the name, email address and message you provide to respond to your enquiry and manage related correspondence. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to messages or, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Providing this information is voluntary, but your email address is necessary to receive a reply. Messages are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and related follow-up, or longer where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Hosting and service providers
This website is hosted on Adobe Portfolio. Technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, may be processed to deliver and secure the website. Adobe and the providers used to deliver and manage contact messages may process personal data as necessary to provide these services.
Cookies and Google Analytics
The website uses necessary cookies, including those used to remember your cookie preferences.
With your consent, Google Analytics uses analytics cookies to measure visits and understand how visitors interact with the portfolio. Information processed may include pages visited, interactions, browser and device information, approximate location and online identifiers. The legal basis for this analytics processing is your consent.
You can accept or reject analytics cookies through the cookie banner. Rejecting them does not prevent you from viewing the portfolio.
Google Analytics uses the _ga cookie to distinguish visitors and the ga<container-id> cookie to maintain session state. Their default lifespan is 2 years and is renewed with subsequent visits. Browsers may apply shorter limits.
Google Analytics event data is retained for 2 months and user data for 14 months. The user data retention period resets with new user activity. These settings do not apply to standard reports based on aggregated data.
International processing
Adobe and Google operate internationally, and data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Information about their processing practices and international transfer safeguards is available in the Adobe Privacy Policy and Google’s data transfer frameworks.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing or data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
For privacy requests, please use the Contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
